·        Performing credit, criminal and eviction checks of each applicant.

·        Individually prepared leases written by real estate attorney.

·        Video recorded move in inspections.

·        Drive by inspections twice per month.

·        Maintenance coordination and tenant relations management.

·        Rental collection and disbursement (direct deposit available).

·        Optional eviction proceedings as necessary. (through our lawyer)

 

  

 Unlike the many large property management companies in the area, I perform property management services only in Brandon and Riverview.  I keep the area limited to ensure that your property gets a personal drive by inspection at least twice per month.  I can guarantee you the large companies don't do this!  I have six previous years of property management experience and look forward to helping you with your rental property.
